** 1st birthday parties available - a magical way to celebrate**
Classes are held in 22nd Cardiff Scout Group Hall, Cottrell Road, Roath, CF24 3EY. The hall is right on the corner of Cottrell Road and Cyfarthfa Street. There is plenty of unrestricted on street parking on both Cottrell Road and Cyfarthfa Street.
Classes are held in Bethel Baptist Church Hall, Penlline Road, Whitchurch. The hall is the last building on the left at the bottom of the lane between Lloyds Bank and the church itself. Please don't park in the lane as it blocks access to the garages opposite the hall. There is 2 hours free parking (you do need to get a ticket and display it in your car) in the car park a little further up Penlline Road, there is also an entrance to the hall from this car park.
Terms & Conditions
Class Costs: The 10 week Winter term is £68, payable at point of booking. You are able to join at any time during the term (spaces permitting) and pay for the remaining sessions.
Missed sessions: Regretfully no refunds or concessions can be made for missed sessions or holidays within a booking. However, with prior consent you may be able to attend a different session within the same week (space permitting) or send gift your place to a friend. If you wish to gift the session to a friend please contact either myself (Amy Hodgson on 07793206868) or your class leader with their name and contact details.
Twins: Baby Sensory Cardiff offers a twin discount; 1st baby is charged at full price and the 2nd baby is charged at half price. Please note this applies to siblings only. When completing your booking please select the twin option in the 'Sessions' drop down box and set the 'Number of Children' to 2. You will then see space to add details for both of your babies and the price will update to show £102.
Illness: Baby Sensory Cardiff’s policy states that babies should be kept at home if they are ill or have a serious infection. If your baby does have a serious infection please inform me so I can alert other parents.
Please refrain from bringing your baby to classes if they have any illness such as vomiting/diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo or hand foot and mouth. Please wait until your doctor has given the all-clear before returning to classes.
In the instance of sickness and diarrhoea your baby (or yourself) must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending a lesson.
Cancellation of classes: Should a class be cancelled due to Class Leader illness, venue unavailability or similar, a catch up class will be offered at another time. However, Baby Sensory has the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (fire, flood, treacherous snow etc). In these circumstances a catch up class will be run if possible but is not guaranteed.
All places are non-refundable & non-transferable: Baby Sensory is under no obligation to refund your money in the event that you are unable to attend part or the entire course. You are welcome to attend a different session where availability allows, however this must be agreed with myself first. Alternatively, you may offer your place to a friend with prior consent.
Data protection: The information on the registration form contains personal data. Baby Sensory will record, process and keep your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed on to any third parties.
Confirmation: Please note that once registration is completed and your fees paid you have opted to secure your place (Baby Sensory are under no obligation to return your fees should you be unable to attend part or all of the term – see above). Once you have completed registration it indicates you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions above.
Contact Details: Should you wish to contact Baby Sensory Cardiff for any reason please contact Amy Hodgson on 07793206868 / firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively, you are always welcome to speak to your class leader during classes
